Peter cut his teeth at one of America’s premier corporations, MCI. While at MCI, Peter realized that there was, and is, an immediate and growing need for quality employees in the corporate sector. As Call Center Business Manager, he facilitated a budget in excess of $20 million dollars.

His management duties included the supervision and responsibility of over 1,000 employees. Peter functioned as a conduit and liaison from Center Directors to line staff. This position allowed Peter a unique perspective that gave him an understanding of the value of qualified, loyal, and diligent employees.

It is Peter’s analytical abilities and management experience that has drawn him into the pursuit of matching employers with employees. He now looks forward to creating opportunities for both employer and employee, by creating a functional and user friendly environment that will foster bona fide networking, communication, and promotion of individual and organizational goals.

Jeanette Hall - Senior Partner

After six years working for one of the countries largest telecommunication corporations, Jeanette left MCI to do what she does best, find the best people for the job. Jeanette realized the frustrations of sourcing quality employees as a Human Resources Recruiter and is now working to provide quality solutions.

While a Human Resource Recruiter, Jeanette developed sourcing plans, including low cost recruiting alternatives, such as direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and strategic alliances with professional organizations and educational institutions.

Jeanette’s ability to find alternative solutions to staffing problems in a highly competitive environment has reinforced her stance that employees are the “bottom line”.

Jeanette’s background, understanding, and appreciation of the recruiting process are an asset and skill she is putting to use everyday at GRS.
